Born in Cali ( Colombia ) on July 23 1967, she started composing at 15 years old; two years later she starts her degree in Music at Valle University . During the same time, she played as percussionist and drummer at the Valle Symphonic Orchestra as well as member and director for the Cali polyphonic choir for 8 years.

After graduated, she won a scholarship to complete a course on composition in electro-acoustic music at the Joan Miró institute in Barcelona ( Spain ).

She moved back to Bogotá ( Colombia ) where she continued her music studies at the Javeriana University . Her most experience has been acquired teaching through different institutes and universities, directing musical groups and active member as drummer, percussionist, guitar player, singer and arranger.

In 1999, she recorded as a singer “ Recordando a San Remo (Remembering San Remo )” with music label BMG Ariola.

In 2002, she completed her studies in Music Production and Musical Composition at the “Escuela Superior de Música Creativa”- ESMC, in Madrid – Spain , obtaining the third place on Musical Composition at the same school.

Currently, she works in musical composition, songs arrangement and production, music for multimedia and jingles for radio and TV.
